We created SOL Performance Training to enable our clients’ success in achieving their specific goals. Whether you are new to fitness or physically fit, we provide functional training in a fun, safe, and challenging dynamic workout. We offer state-of-the-art functional training with TRX® Suspension Training in an indoor/outdoor training area including: Rip Training, Kettlebells, free weights, and Olympic weight lifting for your real-life fitness needs.
We have four locations to serve you: a brand new performance training center on Piedmont Avenue in Oakland, East Bay locations in Rockridge and Walnut Creek, and a Santa Cruz facility just in case you are headed to the beach!
